Tixified is a full-featured event ticketing and registration platform with native GoHighLevel integration. Sync contacts, create invoices, apply tags, enroll in workflows, and map custom fields — all automatically.
App Overview
Tixified is an event ticketing and attendee registration platform purpose-built for coaches, course creators, and event organizers who use GoHighLevel as their CRM. When a ticket is purchased or an attendee registers, Tixified automatically syncs everything to your GHL sub-account — contacts, invoices, tags, workflows, custom fields, and more.

Installation & Setup
Install from the GHL Marketplace
Click the install link and choose the GoHighLevel sub-account (location) you want to connect. Authorize the requested permissions.
Automatic OAuth Connection
After authorization, Tixified automatically receives an OAuth access token and stores your Location ID. No manual API key entry is needed.
Configure Sync Settings
In Tixified, go to Settings → Integrations → GoHighLevel. Enable contact sync, order/invoice sync, and attendee sync. Configure tags, workflows, and custom field mappings for each ticket.
Start Selling Tickets
Every ticket purchase and registration form submission will now automatically sync to your GHL sub-account in real time.

Deduplication
Orders are never synced twice. Built-in dedup prevents duplicate invoices.
