Managing monthly meetups or weekly workshops shouldn't require manual setup every time. This template logic allows you to 'set and forget' your recurring event automation using GHL Smart Lists and Tixified's recurring ticket features.

Workflow Logic: The 'Event Loop'

1. The Enrollment Trigger: Contact is tagged 'Monthly-Meetup-Purchased' from Tixified.
2. The Dynamic Date Field: Use a GHL Custom Date Field named 'Next Event Date'. Update this via a bulk action or workflow at the start of each month.
3. The Relative Reminder Sequence:
   • 7 Days Before 'Next Event Date': Send Email 1
   • 24 Hours Before 'Next Event Date': Send SMS
   • 1 Hour Before 'Next Event Date': Send Final Link

Create a GHL Smart List of anyone who has attended a recurring event in the last 90 days. Set up a workflow to auto-invite this list to the next event two weeks before the date, offering an 'Early Bird' discount code through Tixified.
